From the top menu, click on Analytics to view your streaming data. Here you can toggle between Streams and Playlists to focus on the type of data you want to explore.

Use Filters to Narrow Down Results

On the left sidebar, you can use filters to narrow down your results:

  • Period: Select a time range (e.g. last 30 days)
  • Track: View stats for a specific track
  • Release: Analyze data tied to a release
  • Artist: Filter results by a specific artist

Above the graph, choose how to group your data:

  • Track (default)
  • Platform
  • Territory

You can switch these to your liking in order to check what release is performing best and track which country and/or platforms your streams are coming from.

Note: Only these platforms deliver live analytics data: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon & Pandora

View Total Streams and Top Track

At the top left of the graph, you’ll see:

  • Total Streams: Overall plays during the selected period
  • Best Streaming Track/Platform/Territory: The most played song in the timeframe, your top DSP or your top territories, depending on what parameter the data was grouped by

Switch Between Chart Views

And last but not least you can click the toggle in the top-right of the graph to change between:

  • Line Graph View
  • Bar Chart View (ideal for comparing categories)

Hope this helped to understand the Analytics page a little better. If you have any questions or can't find something on the page, please let us know by sending an email to support@makewaves.fm.
